Yahoo Answers has basically devolved into a kiddy playground, and there's not much that can be done about it unless Yahoo decides to moderate the site. In the meantime, enjoy the stupidity -- and remember, these are the future Macdonalds workers.

I think its always been considered funny by some degenerates such as Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, etc.; I guess even I thought it could be funny sometimes back in the ancient 70s,
or at least w/out the ugly part of course?

I'm old and I ask stupid questions. It is funny because some people pick up on it and give funnier answers. So don't blame it on the young.
And yes, I know I'm immature. I've heard that for 50 some years now. It ain't gonna change. Deal with it.

It's all about the joy they get from being able to be a smartass or say something bad without having to worry about the consequences.
That's why the internet is just swarming with jerks, because it allows you to maintain anonymity.

Because us younger people know all of the older people will get all worked up about it. It's not the rudeness that's funny, it's seeing all of the adults getting mad at something silly. Why do adults get so worked up about kids having fun and being kids?
