If you are running Windows go to the Start menu, then usually Programs, and then Games and you probably have two versions of it - regular solitaire and spider solitaire in addition to other games.

These sites have more information about solitaire, including rules.

My mother used to play solitaire when I was growing up. It just used a normal deck of cards, and the rules were the same as those online.

I think most Windows OS has it install on default.
