If you are a vegetarian is it because you think we shouldn't be eating animals?

If it walks, flies, swims (or possibly slithers) it will end up on my plate.
Let us all say a few words in praise of Beloved Meat.

I don't eat any meat except for Subway turkey. Sooo I'm basically a vegetarian b.c meat is fattening & kind of b.c of the animal thing. Like if I'm eating a Subway turkey sandwhich & I think that it was once a turkey I get really grossed out. I haven't eaten any meat other than that since I was 9. =]

I am the complete opposite of vegetarian. I eat only meat. I haven't had a single veggie since I was 2 or 3.(except for potatoes..not mashed)

I like meat it is not a meal to me without meat. that is the basis and I build the rest of the menu around it .always have eaten that way and do not enjoy visiting a vegetarian home

Being a vegetarian is probably better for you and the environment but I just can't kick the habit, I just love meat.

I'm in between. I want to be a vegetarian (because it's healthier and better for the environment) but I can't afford vegetarian foods. So I mostly eat chicken and fish TV dinners, since I'm poor and all. I never eat beef or pork. EVER. It makes me sick.

Certain meats I could live without. Like hammburger and pork. I really don't think I could live without steak or chicken though. But all in all. I love meat.
