okay. if you do play, did you get this letter in your mailbox saying crap like cheap gold and enter the site. then, was your character all messed up?

It just sounds like you got a crap spam letter from a gold seller. As long as you didn't give out your account information on their website they wouldn't have any way to steal or mess up your account. Drop an email to Blizzard tech support and they will be able to help you out if your character is messed up. ok u know what happened to you
u feel for a Scam
and u prabably gave them your information and know ur accounts been stolen
i used to play WoW but im not paying $15 every month to play a Game evan thought its got alot of cool things in it ill go wtih Guild Wars its free

yes I have been receiving those letters but I never had a screwed interface...
Did you ticked it to a GM?
I think it's just a bad moment to get a messed up char and that it didn't had to do anything with that letter
