The handle itself is good but I have to roll down the window to open the door from the outside. Winters coming and I won't be able to roll my window down all the time.

The other answers are fine, but if you've never taken a door panel off before, you may want to go to your local library. Get a service manual on '94 Buick Centurys and look up how the doors are assembled. A half hour of research can save you a day of pain!

Follow the handle and see if the rod came out of its retaining clip.
Or if the clip broke off.
Best of luck

You will have to take off the inside door panel. This will expose all the mechanical for the handles and windows. It sounds like it has came apart inside your panels.

This inside door panel is held on by clips and screws. If you force to hard to remove, there is a well hidden screw.

Goodluck

it sounds like the inner latch has come undone or the plastic keeper that holds the rod to the handle has broke.either way the door panel has to come off.this is a really hard job if you never done it before.take the door panel off,the inner lever(inner door handle) should have a metal rod running from it to the door latch itself.its held on to both by a plastic or metal clip.
