35x^2 + 45x + 10 = (7x+2)(5x+5) You can use the FOIL Method to check it

35x^2+45x+10=
(7x+2)(5x+5)

P.S. you can only divide the equation by 5 if you are setting Y to zero. You can't if you are only asked to factor the quadratic equation.

Try using a calculator. In fact there is one on your computer! That would be cheating even know I know how to do it.
