haha, yeah because the sleeves are crumpled and they look like wings.

I think you can use a cool iron and turn it inside out so it retains its "wafflenous" but doesn't look like you just dug it out of the clothes hamper. Just iron enough to straighten the hems and cuffs. Hope this helps!

If you iron it, it wont be a waffle shirt anymore. After you wash it, tie it in a knot and put it in the dryer.

Yea, with the iron on a very low setting or it will get cinged/burnt and loose its wafffleness
