Of course Roddick will do good in other tournaments. All he has to do is put it behind him and remember that he did his best.
I think a lot of people put Federer as the mark, and when playing him they try to hard and get anxious. Notice the unforced errors compared to Federer.
If Roddick sticks to what he's doing and then some he'll only get better.
Federer might be the best player stats wise soon but Pete, Andre and Mc to me are one of the greatest because of their drama on the court.
I love to see when tennis players put emotion to the game.

yh he did. i think andy roddick must be fed up with federer. 11 defeats to roger. i think roger should watch his back, coz last time when roger beat andy in the wimbledon final, andy said that he might have to punch roger or something as a joke.
but federer is a great player. his accurate serves and great forehand and backhand and he reads the game so well, i think he has the potential to be the best player ever. i thing he is good at better than anyone is covering the court,. have u noticed that he always has so much time to play his shots, and he has the best shots as well. i would like to see roger be the best player ever, coz he is such a nice guy. he is humble when he needs to be and he is positive about the way he plays. has a bit to go yet, but i think he could do really well again next yr. the tournament he would prob love to win the most next yr would be the french open.

I'm sure Roddick will continue to do well. He's back on good form and he's still only 24. As for Federer. He looks to have a great shot at becoming the greatest of all time. He's already only five slams away from Sampras' record and, at only 25, has more than enough time to get there.

Yes, Federer won. Andy will do well in other tournaments. I will not say that Roger Federer is the best ever. That's to be determined when all is said and done. But yes, he is the best player in tennis right now, hands down.

I was very disappointed that Andy lost today. but it was a great match no doubt. I believe that andy will continue to do good because i think he has some of his swagger back ...that any tennis fan knows is great for a tennis player to have... to be more confident. He has like a very good record under coach connors so we should see him to continue his growth as a player within time. Look he won the US open series so its not like he wasnt winning anything. I predict a finals win within a year... perhaps australian or the US open. As far as federer goes...he has the greatest talent but it is yet to be seen what he can do... and he really hasnt had anyone to challenge him like other greats like borg and sampras had.

Yep, i think andy will do good on other tournaments, just as long as he continue to focus oh his game. Also i think Arod played quite big in the US Open finals but Federer just have all the answers to it.
Federer to become the best player ever? If he stays healthy for the next five years, i think its possible.

I don't think Andy Roddick is Cocky (not judging by his last name), and in fact he does respect Roger off the court (the only who doesn't was Tommy Haas). Federer will still be great and will surpass Sampras' 13 Grand Slam Titles. Not only that, he may even manage to get French Open Title in 3 years...

I am ******* pissed. Andy will do good - great- for sure. Yeah. I do not know, I'm pretty sure Federer will get to be one of the greatest if not the best. Poor Andy. I wanna hug him.

I think you can say he is...if you look at his career, he has been so dominent even more than Sampras...I think he is unstoppable, he plays so calm and under control that it makes it seem effortless, but he has no weakness to his game. His only challenege will come from nadal on clay, thats it!!
A - Rod is back, but he still has wuite a bit to catch up to Fed...

Hooray. No doubt in my mind. It is good for the game. Roddick is very cocky, he deserves to lose more and more.
