unmarried single mother, I need help getting my son 2 years old back, the father is violent and abusive to me in front of him he is loud and uses the f.... word in every sentence. I have even heard my baby say it!

Honey, you need the advice of a lawyer. There are people out there that will work pro-bono in situations such as yours. Call family services in the city or county, where you live. They should be able to walk you through this legally and lawfully.

ok theres probably facts missing here . if he has leagle custody and youve been to court you can take your copy of the court order to police and with them in tow you can go and take your child for the times you are suppose to have him . if you qwe child support he can take you to court but he isnt allowed to with hold visitations unless he can prove your a danger to the child . look i dont know whole story but if hes holding your child for money and you both havent been to court your in a situation here where the police will let you take your child no questions asked just go to police . if you have a drug problem then solve that problem then take back your child if you cant kick the drugs then let the father raise him and do your best to pay the money . every month he has him youll owe him for support and he can come back later in court and win decision for back pay . again i dont know enough about this and usually when father has kid its one of two things . hes a bully and has you terrified or you have a serious problem either way start now to solve what ever is wrong . your child needs you and its best for you and this guy to come to a agreement for kids sake.

Why does the father (who is violent & abusive) have the child? That's messed up. Get an attorney. Good Luck.

get the **** a way from him if you love your son and your self get away go to court with him and let them know that he is a violent father and abusive to you and in front of him

If you weren't married to the father then he has no legal right to withhold your child and I would run to the police department and report that is has kidnapped your child and they should go and get the child immediately

Neither parent can keep a child from the other,whether they pay child support or not. Who has custody of the child? What is he asking for money for? Have you contacted a lawyer?

Social services,and get them in now.Get the cops to advice you,or maybe go round with you and get your son,depends how long you left him there.Just get help now.Do you want your son to grow up like his pig of a father?

if you are not custodial parent and are in arrears with child support then i think he has grounds to prevent visitation but it must be administered through the courts so until then he is in breach of the divorce decree.

you need to get a lawyer cause thats not right. I dont think that he should be able to do that.
