Apart from selling, you can submit your screenplays on the Kevin Spacey site www.triggerstreet.com. You have to rate scripts and only then do they let you submit scripts. But if selected from among the lot, Kevin Spacey will make the movie for you.

Another place is the screenwriter's workshop http://www.maishafilmlab.com/news.php
where you send in a synopsis of the script, send it to Mira Nair, if chosen you will be taken to her home in Uganda - other screenplay writers will drop in and suggest suggestions.

You submit scripts to literary agents. Buy a copy of The Writer's Digest, it lists literary agents all over the United States. Be prepared, there is a 99% chace your script will be rejected. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you want it returned to you.

I am a former script reader and rejected most scripts for our agency. Most people think they can write, but they can't.
