You're too prejudice against creatures of the purple persuasion. It's what's known as "Colorism" It's similar to racism, but you are prejudiced against living things of a color not usually seen in humans. You should be ashamed of yourself, you evil colorist.

Just as everyone else has said, yes it can kill them, but you can also get jail time for animal cruelty. Also on top of the jail time, you could be required to pay a few hundred to a few thousand dollars a cat. I would suggest continuously calling animal control and the police. If not then pack up as many as you can and leave them on the spca's door step.
