When I save up enough money. Usually when I feel like I'm dying from something, or when I miss her a lot....;-)
Remember: we don't have a Health Care system in this country. We have a Sick Care System. If you haven't been to a doctor since '82, you are in for a big surPRISE when you DO get a bill from them.
Your insurance company must LOVE you.

Quite frequently, but I have health problems that need constant monitoring.
I am not going to tell you off, but if you graduated in 1982, that means you are over the age of 40. I am sorry to tell you, but there are all sorts of things that you really need to have looked at now that you are no longer a spring chicken. You should get a complete physical, for starters, and yes, sad but true, you need to have your prostate checked, just so the doc knows what's normal for you. I know it sucks to think about it, but consider the alternatives...

I go about 2-3 times a year. If you graduated in 82 then you should be getting at least an annual physical and you know that.
Be well!

Well, given Canada has the best shitty health care system in the world, not often. When I was in Japan, I went for a checkup every year as it was free and what the hell, better safe than sorry.

I think most people only go to the doctors when they are sick, not for yearly check ups, until they turn the big 40. Then it's time to start getting your cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, etc. checked.

Every year for a Pap test and birth control refill. If I didn't have to do this, though, I bet I would hardly go to the doctor's.
