Bermuda shorts with cuffs. I love them! but you have to get the right pair for your body type and some types cant pull them off. They're great because its hot in the summer and when you wear skirts you have to be more careful of how you sit/pick something up. I love the pinstriped ones

don't know what they're called- but anyone who works in the office wearing them, just cannot be taken seriously-

I saw girls wearing them in central london at the party scene last night too- they thought they looked so hot- but they looked overly stupid, especially because one of them had cellulite almost halfway down her calf and they were pinching her juicy knees!!
