Yes, but it takes practice. Have you ever been able to stop going in mid urination? Those are the same muscles used to control ejaculation. If you haven't done this, give it a try sometime and remember what you did to get the urine to stop flowing. Practice exercising those muscles for a while and you can test yourself alone whenever you like and see how you do. It may take a few weeks or a couple months to get it right, but practice makes perfect.....

I used to be and average 15-20 minute lover, but now my g/f and I enjoy hour long sessions or I we want a quickie, we can go back to 20 minutes or so......

good luck

It is possible, but takes time. You must stop just before you are going to ejaculate, which is hard to do since your body and mind want you to continue. Stop and go several times before you finally let go. In some cases doing this will cause you to have to work even harder (no pun intended) to reach a climax. Then there mechanical means to delay your ejaculation, such as leather strap tightened around the base of the penis but not recommend. There are products for sale at sex shops usually labeled "Delay" cream that can control premature ejaculation.
Some men find the use of condoms help desensitize.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/MTPid

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.
