Or are they just manufactured with ordinary ingredients, and made to look like real guts? Obviously, I'm not talking about the live insects. I KNOW they're real!

They are real. I read an article about the show. They stated that every stunt preformed on the show is tested by staff and they actually have peple volunteering to do this. They are washed and have to meet certain health codes to insure safety. ICK. I don't care how clean it is.

they are real. They have every thing like the osterach eggs it comes out of the egg right there I don't think they would be able to like sterilize it before they ate it. Also the produces check it/eat it before they give it to the contestants. So yeah I think they are real. Like bufflo testicals i think are real tooo!
