or whats wrong with the language it self that yet not fully understand the meaning

There is nothing wrong with language. Language is only for saying things, and the realm of the sayables is exhausted by what can be said in language. For language just is a medium through which things are said.

If something cannot be said, it is not language's job to say it. It is unsayable. (It is not that it is really sayable in something other than language, for if you could say things in another way, then that other way would be language too. Rather, it is that there is nothing to say.)

On the other hand, if it CAN be said, then it is not language's fault that you cannot say it. It is just a fact about your ability or human beings or something. (For example, I can't say how many hairs are on your head, but that isn't because of language.)

In your case, I would worry about a language that can't explain anything at all.
