You should never have to stop wearing mini skirts.. as long as you wear them tastefully!

Any woman in a plus size should not be wearing mini skirts. I see plus sized women wearing such short skirts with all this fat jiggling out and about and it's unattractive. My sister is overweight and she dresses right for her weight. Lane Bryant has a lot of nice selections for bigger women where you can still look sexy in a skirt, just not a mini.
Also, Cellulite has nothing to do with it. I know skinny people that have cellulite!!

it's not necessarily a size, some larger people have really good legs and can still pull it off. But if you choose a size to stop 9+ in juniors is a good choice.

here is the deal if the mini skirt pinches into your body your to big for it. but if you can go about your day to day with out showing off everything to everyone wear it if you want.

I presume you mean only women. Anything over a 12. And it's not only size, but shape, age, and what kind of legs?

Anything bigger than a size 6.

probably around a size 16. anything bigger is just plain fat with no shape. women around a size 12 are little heavy but still have the right curves.

not over the look of 35 and if you have a wiggle at all stop and if you can see cellulite stop. that is a fashion rule. not everything should be warn by everybody.
