Betelgeuse.
It is a red giant star in the Orion constellation. It is 600 times as large as our sun and if it replaced our sun it would go to 55% of the distance to Jupiter, engulphing the earth.
Of course there is also the Milky Way, with is much larger.

The Andromeda galaxy. (You can see it with the naked eye.)
It has a mass of 1.5 times the mass of our own galaxy (the Milky Way). 220,000 light years in diameter. It consists of a bout a trillion stars.
You can see it too ... with the naked eye. You need a really dark sky. Have someone point out the constellation Andromeda (near Pegasus).
There are bigger galaxies, but you can't see them with the naked eye.

Besides some obviously big things-I would have to say a whale. I went whale watching in Hawaii and I saw a mama whale with her "baby", who by the way, was bigger than our boat. The mama was MASSIVE!!! When she dived down, her "her tail" went up and I believe it was probably as wide as our boat.
