that doesnt make a whole lot of sense, i guess you mean what percent from the highest income down have 10% of the money. the way you phrased it, any combination of people could own 10% of the wealth, poor, rich or in between. my guess would be under 1% but that is only a guess.

I've heard that in the US it is 10% that hold 90% of the wealth. I don't know about the other countries. Good Luck ! :)

I am pretty sure that for the USA it is 2% or 3%
