Yes You Can Sir,

First Plug The PSP To The cord connected to the USB
And Then Go In Your PSP Option Till you get to the USB and Connect and Then
Go to where The Music At
And Copy and paste them in the PSP Which will be in my computer close to the CD ROM and the PC portions

+yes you can. if you have a wireless router then you can go to mp3-center.org and get free,legal,safe downloads. wirelessly while you are online with the psp.
