If the fabric is just shiny but not get a tea towel or other clean piece of fabric and make it just slightly damp with white vinigar. Put that on top of the shiny mark on your jacket and with an iron set at a moderate heat iron the jacket through the damp towel. That should take the shine out of your jacket.

You can try dampening it and brushing it to raise the fibers. But if the fibers are fused, you won't be able to fix it. Next time, iron the item inside-out.

It's probably done. Dry cleaning won't remove the marks from an iron.
