You don't need a conversion table. The metric system is all about working with multiples of ten.

Use the prefix to help you:

milli = 1/1000
centi = 1/100
kilo = 1000

Thus, a milligram is 1/1000 of a gram. A kilometre is 1000 metres. And so on.

Hope this helps :)

You will find a conversion table on Google.
Search milligrams to grams conversion
search kilometers to meters conversion.

There is a chart on Google...
1MG=0.001 Gram
1KM= 1000 meters.

1 kilometer = 1000 meters
1 gram = 1000 milligrams.

Come on, this is easy! The hard part is converting between English and Metric.
