The building will be 70 meters tall. Since the building is 250% bigger than the blueprint, (you can tell that by seeing how much of a percentage increase it is from 18 centimeters to 48 meters), simply multiply the the length of the blueprint, which is 28 centimeters, by 250%, giving you 7000 centimeters. 7000 centimeters equals 70 meters.

The size of a blueprint has absolutely nothing to do with the size of the final product. It is the scale to which the print is drawn.

Depends on the scale....for instance if it is 1:10 then...28cm long would be 280cm actual.
