It refers to girls or women who wear tight pants with short shirts and their gut hangs over their pants. My husband said it the other day and I didn't know what it was.

I haven't heard that term. I usually use "dunlap", as in "My belly dunlap over my belt".
Good term, though. I will have to remember it!
