Yes, I think you should because just because someone is blind that doesn't mean that they are any less human than anyone else and we should treat them as our equals.

Sure you can! I have a friend who is partly blind (only sees in the corners of her eyes) and now and then I take her out to eat. I also know a blind couple, who are married, and have three biological children.

Uh yea, why not. At least you know that he or she wouldn't be shallow and truly would be into you for your personality. And in my opinion, that is the way to go. The person may just turn out to be the person of your dreams. It is refreshing to here that this person isn't using his disability as a crutch and is very interested in still participating in life.

If you like him/her then go out whit him.her. That is unless you are a completely superficial person who will later decide it's a bad idea because your friends say so or some bull like that.

Sure if you like them. One of my friends has been dating a deaf person (they have special hearing aids though so they're not entirely deaf) for the past 4 years.
