You need a pattern, fabric, thread, buttons/zipper and a sewing machine.

Lay your pattern on the fabric, and cut it out, then sew according to instructions.

Yes, I made it during a sewing class I took during high school.....it is still in my closet unfortunately my fat *** cannot fit into it :(

i made a skirt.. they use to be shorts and i just cut them even shorter and i had a mini skirt
