This works in Firefox and Opera:

Underlined with a tag and border-bottom in the u tag

This will work in XHTML using Valid CSS.

This is double underline

It should work in all browsers and platforms forthcoming.

I have got this code to work!

Change inset to dashed, dotted, double, groove, hidden, none, outset, ridge and solid.

This is actually css style not HTML.

Does not seem to work on Netscape though, only IE!
