Legally? You don't, and neither does anyone else.
This is called "theft" and people who do it are just self indulgent and greedy. You don't NEED it, you WANT it.
Just like the people who work on movies - they NEED the income. The stars and producers and studio - they make a ton of money - but what about the set crews? Betcha if enough movies are "shared" that after a while people just stop making good ones.
