His vehicle keeps disappearing and recently his car plates have also disappeared (oop.s) hell hath no fury !! should I have him wacked ???

I think it costs at least 5 grand to get somebody whacked by a pro so it doesn't sound very cost effective. What does he say about all of this? Is he dodging you or what? Did you get a reciept of some kind for this loan, something with a signature on it or something? If not I'd say you've learned a 3,500 dollar lesson.

YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM AT SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND HANDLE IT IN A CIVILIZED MANNER FOR BOTH YOU AND YOUR OTHER CO WORKER.THE AMOUNT SEEMS HUGE RIGHT NOW....BUT WONT IF YOU GET LIFE IMPRISIONMENT

I hope you got a promissory note...in writing of what he owes you. If not, you are out of luck.
