Netherland Dwarfs only weigh about 2 pounds full grown. There is also a breed called the Polish, which is the same size. A little bit larger breed is a Holland lop and they have ears that hang down. A newer breed is the Mini Rex. My favorite small breed is the Dutch. The stardard calls for 3-5 1/2 pounds. The Dutch are some of the nicest rabbits that I have ever raised. Even as little bunnies, they will come up to the edge of the cage to be picked up. The Florida White is about the same size as the Dutch.
Did you ever hear of a dwarf Blac De Hotot? They are all white with black circles around their eyes.
I can't find my book of standards, because I know that I am missing some breeds.

I would stay away from does don't get mt wrong there are sweet does but they tend to be meaner then the bucks!!

The next small breed is Holland lops they get to be about 2-3lbs they tend to stay aroung the 2.5 and 3 pounds mark !! Hollands are a very smart and friendly breed they love to be kissed on and held they are a breed that knows when you have walked in the door and they know when you are talking to them! Hollands both Bucks & Does are sweet and it wouldn't matter what you got!~

Netherland Drawfs. I have one but he's supposed to be 2-3lbs but is 4lbs instead...lol he's fat. But if your looking for a rabbit I suggest you get a big one. They are less skiddish and don't bite you for no reason at all. Also when you let them run around outside during the day (Big rabbits) you don't have to worry about predators. Oh, and also remember that you have to keep a bunny inside your house. Otherwise their life is worthless outside in a hutch where no one plays and loves them. Also rabbits tend to not survive well outside in cold weather, extremely hot wheather or other surveer wheather

Sweet Pea, my N.Drawf is really sweet and gives you kisses but then sometimes he'd bite you in the middle of kissing you. He's very terriytorial. But that might just be him. Each bunny has their own personality just like dogs or cats.
