your kid or kids came up to you and told you that they want to be in the goth subculture?

I would be happy!!!! What about you?

I don't think it is right for people to judge and by-the-way the goth subculture is nothing to be afraid of!!!!

We all have to find our own path to happiness, it would be no different than if my kid told me he was gay, I would love him any way. I mean love means never having to say Im sorry right?

OH gees, they were into the group called "KISS", just remembered that after reading your question, I never said a word, just paid attention and waited, well they both turned out just fine and have there own lovely family,had my doubts through the years, but in all proud of them, so maybe not like it about the GOTHIC thing, but I'd give them there space to learn, and just keep loving them

I would just laugh and say whatever. I know a few goth kids. They do it for a few month and change.

if my son told me that I would beat some sense into him and tell him that everyone will make fun of him and not to mention he will sweat to death in all that nasty black clothing in the summer
