I have a business that needs one investor for 12.5k. It is an adult business so conventional banks and lenders won't touch it. There is an enormous amount of potential for growth and gain. The business is to be located in Illinois (just outside of Chicago). I have a preliminary prospectus and business plan ready for consideration. I have listed it where I could find places to do so but I need more help. This is a limited liability investment so not looking for active partners.

In regards to trust...it is not a matter of trust. Before I can answer your question, I would need more information...

- Making 12.5K in a month is easy - all you need is a computer and internet access (I can do that in my spare time and so, can anyone else - if they know how. Duh - yes, I know how - that is what I do. I teach people how to make money LEGALLY on the net. Just now instead of me doing it I have students who do it and I get a cut of about 1/3. It is always more profitable to let others do the work for you.)
- Investing is easy. Finding someone that knows how to run that business, not into the ground, now, that is where lies the problem. The trust - you can always work around that - it is your ability to run the business successful and give a return that is needed to be fullfilled.

Don't let nah sayers bother you -- people used to laugh at me and tell me I would fail...they are the same people that ask me to teach them and partner up with them now.

Let nothing stand in your way...rule #1. (This does not mean do anything illegal, just don't walk away three feet from the gold.

Your approach needs to be worked on. You scream - "I don't knows" all through out your message and when someone hears "I don't know" red flags go up.

You have to look for stupid people. Save up the $12.5 k yourself, shouldn't be too hard since you really seem to believe in yourself and your "adult" business........... if banks and lenders won't touch you, what makes you think anyone else will?

They wear 3-piece suits. See one on the street, and collar him.
