hi yes you can sometimes they want clean full uk licence together with declarations and refundable deposit have myself run new car hire operation in uk so i understand their rules if i can assist in anyway just ask all the best jon

In the uk you must of had a full licence for 3 years before you can hire a car . if you have then it`s ok provided you have no more than 3 point`s .

it depends where in the world and it depends on the type of driving licence but minimum you can generally get away with is 21, between 18-25 you also pay a young driver surcharge, hope this helps
