Try wearing some pink clothing and or some pale blue. Both colours are good at calming. Sit in the full sun as well for at least 10-15 minutes, or until your skin starts turning red (natures way of letting us know that the body has absorbed enough Vitamin D for the present). A pale lilac will also calm your minds thoughts.
Good luck,.

One of my favourite things is a nice, hot cup of chamomile tea. If you have an upset stomach with the nervousness, peppermint is fabulous as well.
Other things include a half hour of aerobic exercise, followed by about 20 minutes of yoga or other general stretching. It doesn't have to seem like a workout, either. Anything from running to dancing that gets your heartrate up is good. I find that really helps with relaxation. It also expends energy and that can help with nervous tendencies.
It also helps to avoid caffeine and alcohol.

Hi Bafu! I always put a few drops of lavender essential oil in the bath(Holland and Barratt sell it at a good price.....beware of cheap immitations on market stalls etc.) and a few drops on pillow at night not only gives a pleasant fragrance but aids restful sleep. Hope this helps, and thanks for your email....my answer to your last question was nothing personal, I was just being flippant, and as the others had adequately answered your question it was an easy 2 points!

Hi
you might consider Bach flower essences as a natural and safe possibility.
http://www.tortuerouge.co.uk
make organic bach flower essences and give very detailed information so I would suggest have a look at what they say.
I know that they ship world wide and I know that all of their products are completely natural.
hope this helps
