How to Show PC to TV?

I have a Dell 9300 Inspiron Notebook, How can I show my Photos from My Pictures to my TV

It looks like a Dell 9300 has an S-Video out, so if you connect an S-Video cable from the laptop to an S-Video input on your TV, you can see your laptop display on your TV. If you don't have a S-Video in on your TV, you can get a S-Video to composite (yellow) in.

Need more info. Does it have D/V out jack or tuner card?
