Also im planin to lose 20 pounds while i do it, i dont want routines i just want to know an estimate of how long it will take b4 i see a diference

a month?? i think you can start to see results if you eat right too!!!

It depends on the intensity of the workouts, and how much you're doing. id say it would take about 5 weeks to see big results for an average workout.

a month I would say is a good guess-timation. If you have a good diet and drink lots of water. BUT if your working out your building muscle which you won't see much of a weight loss cardio is what burns fat best. Its best to use the mirror as your scale if you look and feel better who cares what the scale says. Muscle weighs more than fat.
