From none to two, depending on the University. Sometimes if you don't have it in high school, you have to take it in double quick time in college. Check out what it is where you think you might go to college as soon as possible.

It really just depends on the University you want to go to and the high school you are at right now. Most high schools only have 2 years of foreign language while others have 4. Universities like Harvard expect 4 if your high school has that available for you, but normally for any other university it is 2 years.

Typically you don't need foreign languages to gain admission to a university. However, most universities require 2 semesters of a language. If you have taken foreign languages in high school or are multilingual you should be able to take a proficiency test to register for more advanced courses or bypass the requirement altogether.

It's really up to the individual University. I attend a small D-3 school in West Texas and they only required two years. As long as you graduated high school under the general or higher degree plan it shouldn't matter. But I could be wrong.

If it's a community college, none. But you'd have to make it up at college. Most schools require at least 2, usually 3. The best schools would require 4.

Usually 2, but sometimes if you go to an in state school or certain private schools you might not need any. But I would suggest taking 2 to keep your options open.
