I've found six. The first one I found was on Canada Day, and I was at the park in my hometown watching the festivities, I put down my blanket and sat, and just happened to look to my left, and there it was, a perfectly formed four leaf clover! I picked it, and was so foolishly excited that I ran home to show my roommate. The next time I was in a flea market, and bought a really old book of poetry. I opened it up to a favourite poem of mine, and out fell a wax paper sleeve filled with 5 four leaf clovers. They had obviously been found and saved by the previous owner of the book, and that made them extra special because they must have been very old, and to have survived for that long, they must have meant a lot to the person. I still have all of them, and while they might not have brought me outrageous fortune, they've certainly made me happy.

YES, and theres a little trick i use in lookin for them. the easiest to find are the ones that arent pointed on the ends and have light colored stripe going across the center of the leave. when viewing the clover it appears to have a triangle on it. look for a box instead of the triangle(it'll look slighty outta place). i have a patch in my front yard that this late spring produced 6 - 4 leaf and 2- 5 leaf clovers. some people dont believe about the 4 leaf clovers and yes ive been teased about lepricons too. lol

Yes. I have found many. I used to live right next door to a water company, and they used to lay down some kind of chemicals in their lot that acted as a mutagen. The dandelions grew to be a half inch thick in the stems, and up to a foot high. Four leaf clovers were so common in their lot that my stepmother would pick them, laminate them and sell them as a gimmick. The fourth leaf occurs as a genetic mutation, usually due to certain specific chemicals in the soil (I think it was lye, but I can't be sure - try googling it).

My Dad sent my Sister & I out to find one when we were about 10 & 9 years old. We were on holiday in Great Yarmouth & my Mum & Dad wanted a bit of peace. We were told that the first of us to find one would get a 6d.

We looked for hours to no avail so I cheated. A boy we knew lent me some glue and I stuck an extra leaf on a 3-leafed clover
My dad was very short sighted & I got my 6d.

I didn’t tell him what I had done until I was much older

Yes! I really believe in the luck of the Irish. My boyfriend found one out by my strawberry patch. He laminated it himself. It came out really cool. I had been sick off and on for a month and didn't go to the doctor. He kept insisting I go to the ER. I refused. Well I got worse and did finally go. I asked him for his four leaf clover. They didn't think I'd make it and air flighted me to Iowa City, IA.( I live in Ottumwa, IA). I still believe that clover saved my life. I was in ICU for a week. When, I came to, I was released the next day. It was a kidney stone. My ex-brother in law would find them all the time in his yard.

When I was a lad, we lived across from a large area of grass. There was clover growing there, quite a common thing obviously, but there was a small patch of four leaved ones, I think it's some sort of genetic mutation, and you would find maybe half a dozen growing all together. Seems if you find one, you may find some more nearby! :)

Yes, I was given one a couple of weeks ago from a client. She pressed the leaf in her appointment book to dry out.
When she handed to me she said that according to her mum and grand mum it was a good luck charm.
I have seen them in the past in different places. While they are not very rare it will take a lot of work to find a few.

My little sister found a five leaf clover in my yard. We laminated it onto a piece of white paper with the date and where she found it written on it. Then we framed it and she keeps it on her nightstand.
