The same as a under due belly, pregnant. The infant may not move as much, because he has lack a space. Or you might "drop" or carry the infant lower in your pelvis. This does not always happen with every pregnancy. Remember, due dates are just educated guesses plus or minus 2 weeks!

I was 2 weeks overdue with my first daughter, 10 days over with my second and 7 days over with my third. My son was 18 days early. It didn't look any different - just round and big :)

Just like any other belly.
The thing you really want to look for is the belly hanging LOW.
The lowness of the belly tells you that the baby's head is in position. If you are walking poorly .. then good, a low baby hinders your walk.

The same as a pregnant belly does before it is due! it will feel different though! Tighter and harder! It would make it harder to sit or lay down and get comfortable with out pain!! Maybe you should ask to be induced soon!
