looking for third party cdl arkansas test sites?

I just checked the AR DMV( http://www.asp.arkansas.gov/divisions/hp/pdf/dl_cdl_sites_master%20list.pdf) and it appears that they do not allow 3rd party testing. NV just started allowing them, but up to a few years ago didn't.

Arkansas DOT testers are lying crooks who make up lame excuses to flunk you and cause you to lose your truck-rental money...finagle a way to do 3rd party testing in another state.
