My lanlord recently replaced my upstairs toilet and in doing so got a lot of the sealing wax all over the bottom portion of the toilet that looks disgusting. Can anyone give me any advice on how to remove it so my toilet doesn't look like I haven't cleaned it in years? Thanks

I don't know if it's on the inside or outside, but either place, you're going to have to scrub it off. Get some of those dish sponges that have a green scrubby side. Put on some rubber gloves, and go to work. You'll have to throw out the sponges as they fill up with wax - you can't rinse that stuff out.
