yea i saw a clip from www.apple.com/trailers... i don't know if it's really for "adults" but the animation is different, more 3D like ... sorry i don't know the term but check out the site

There is a movie coming out next year and it is CGI. It isn't necessarily aimed at adults but it is a lot darker than the original cartoon series and movies. it is a lot closer to the original comic book design too (who can imagine a turtle from the original movie being able to fit down a sewer cover in all honesty!) where they were built a lot more lithe.
As a fan from before the original cartoon series came out (where the American's were allowed to call them ninja's and show Mikey's nunchucks and we weren't) I am looking forward to it! I think i read somewhere too that its based after all the many times they've taken The Shredder out so all new plot line! About time I say!

Yes, it is going to be next year's summer blockbuster. They cast Ben Affleck as Donatello, Matt Damon as Raphael, Ashton Kutcher as Michealangelo, Tom Cruise as Leonardo, and Jerry Springer as Splinter. Not sure who Shredder is yet.
