I'm seekng a serious answer, so if you have nothing kind or serious to say, please refrain yourself from answering. Is it normal for men to be able to orgasm multiple times with short breaks in between? You always read about this in erotic literature and romantic novels, but my fiancee isn't like that. He has to wait at least an hour before even desiring to make love again, and that's if I'm very lucky. Is this normal, or should he be "up" and ready sooner?

So far, no negative comments!!! WOOT! :) Anyway, a comment: I'm not necessarily trying to complain; I just sometimes don't get "satisfied" with his performance, and I was wondering whether or not it was normal for him to not be able to recover as quick as others. I thought I'd add this before someone left a smart alek comment.

In response to freesumpin...

My fiancee is not a place to eat. He is my best friend, dearest companion, soul mate, true love, pookie pie, and most of all, a person with thoughts, hopes, and dreams just like the rest of us. I wouldn't care if he never want to touch me; his love and friendship is more than enough to suffice.

I am not going to compare your fiancee and myself or anyone else. That would be pointless for you. So I'll start by saying that every man has a different recovery rate after having sex. Some are ready to go again faster and some are slower. I would say that your guy is as normal as anyone else.

Instead of pressuring him, you might want to try to draw the lovemaking process out. Spend more time on foreplay. Make sure he devotes lots of foreplay to you; just persuade him in a gentle and loving manner because we guys don't like to be told by a woman how to please here---unless you are an extremely lucky woman.

There are many books etc. on the subject and if you are both truly interested in improving your sex life and work at it you just might find something that is good for both of you. Here is a link to a sexuality.org, a huge resource and education site. Remember, you MUST work on this together. Now go have fun!

You've been reading too many Letters from Penthouse or My Secret Garden!

Younger = multiples & shorter recuperation
Middle aged = maybe two or 3 X a day
Older = 1 or two, if your lucky
Olderer = once, if HE'S lucky

Sex can be like eating a fine (or 'fast food') meal: Who is hungry right after a great meal?

But is your fiance letting it go after just a short time? There's more to sex than just 'doing it'. There are many more delicious things on the menu. It might be wise to not just go for the main course but to try ALL the appi-teasers. (Best NOT to be a vegan at this point!)

On the other hand your guy may be just a meat and potatoes kinda guy and it might be a difficult thing to make him try new items! (Eat your veggies!) Who ever said playing with your food was a bad thing?

From my knowledge the quality of sex for a man is not multiple orgasm dependent but quality defendant. Women? . . . well, there's a lot to be said about oral arguments!

If you are asking your question because YOU are not satisfied YOU have a big problem with your fiance! think it's great you're trying the meals before buying the restaurant. If he IS a just a meat & potatoes kinda guy that may well be all he's willing to try and he may never be willing to try other thing. Are you willing to live a lifetime with that?

It's disheartening, at best, to sell a restaurant and buy a new one. I know!

If you husband where a 15 or 16 year old you expectations would be realistic. But for older men late 20 on up our recovery period is going to take awhile sometimes up to several hours. During that time because we did ejaculate the hormones need to readjust and we have to regroup physically. So remember porn films, erotic books, etc. are dealing with fantasy not reality. Give your guy a break he is very normal. And if you put to much pressure on him to be up it will not get up at all. ever!

This is one of the differences from man and women. First, don't believe what you hear or see in movies and books... it is more common for a guy to need a "resting" period until able to achieve an erection or even be aroused... this is normal... there are some guys who can, but few and far between... there are ways to keep an erection longer, but once he is done, give him some time, and feel lucky you have someone who loves you!!

Supposedly, it is possible, but I don't think it's normal. The older the guy, the longer it takes inbetween - younger guys - probably 18-25 can do it, but older than that, it does take time.

If he's waiting an hour before he's ready again, consider YOURSELF lucky! Take a relaxing bubble bath or massage in the downtime.

I've had boyfriends that could ejaculate 2 or 3 times without losing their erection and I've had boyfriends who ejaculate once and cannot get another erection for hours. I think it's just how some men's bodies differ. Maybe while he works his "power" back up, (sorry, couldn't think of anything better to put), you could do other things to keep you in the mood such as massage or have him pleasure you orally. But I definitely think it's normal that he is like this.

Yes, this is normal. Physiologically, men need a recovery time so their semen can build up again. Research it on Web MD or something, you will find it. Books and movies are only fillled with fantasies, not reality. Don't take it personally. We are lucky that we can just keep going and going, but they can't, especially the older they get.

to up your "satisfaction" you should request more foreplay. Gotta heat the oven to get good cookin ;-) or switch to different more woman stimulating positions. Put a pillow under whoever's butt has the down position for some extra arch too thats always fun.
Not all men are alike. Myself, yeah give me 5 min a little foreplay more and its all good.... wouldn't know too much more about other guys though since its not typical gym talk lol.

they're aiming for the WWE "followers" that are not pleased with the PG era besides the undeniable fact that the area with it is those followers don't love wrestling they a lifeless ringer for humorous promos, TNA's maximum useful adventure is there wrestling skills. TNA wouldn't have the roster for consistent promos and short suits, the proper bypass for the employer is to apply the skills to there means and enable it draw the persons it attracts, you may't stress AJ kinds to be like the Rock and TNA's kind is fantastically a lot in accordance with former WCW and WWE stars who're use to promo/storyline heavy artwork. TNA is chasing the persons who've stopped gazing the WWE yet that places TNA up hostile to UFC it is the position various the followers headed after the authentic of the ideas-set era... do you truly imagine a rehash of the ideas-set era in a smaller employer will tempt them back? because i particular do not. For me in my view i do not want "edgy" tale traces or any tale traces to delight in wrestling, i basically want sturdy wrestling and TNA desires to discover its own id, its no longer sturdy for company if each body is declaring "Watch TNA its like the WWF ideas-set era" they want to face out on my own and basically be TNA. Aiming for followers that do not care about wrestling is volatile with the roster they have, TNA may be more desirable proper off aiming for youthful followers with a more desirable mature experience that the WWE so as that they convey a fan base for the subsequent 5-10 years truly of nerve-racking about today.

...well he's not normal....I need three or four days! ahahaha I'ts a joke!....I guess it depends how you feel, how old you are, and for how long you don't have sex....sometime it happened to me not to loose erection and have sex 2 times without pauses, other times I needed to have a little rest 10 minutes...i guess...other times, a longer time like 1 hour....but....if you perform after few minutes a good oralsex on him....may be you get lot of success. An american woman did it to me (she was so good in it) and got 7 times in one day!
