Check with your department of motor vehicles.
Do a web search for "(your state) DMV".
In my state, one needs at least a regular automobile drivers license.

I believe so, but check with the DMV to be sure. Also, the displacement of the engine may have a bearing on the answer.

who knows man.

i just know that i get tickets on my bicycle for not riding it "like a car"...all law for cars apply for bikes too.

but as for your question ...i dont know....i have my M1.
