I am a male High School teacher.
No.
I am a bit older but it is my job only. My thoughts toward all of my students is that they are in need of learning.
I am not saying that I do not realize some of the girls are beautiful and am happy for them, but they are beautiful for attraction to their peers - never me. I am not attracted to women much below my age and never have been.
And I guess I realize that there is almost nothing in common - let alone I am happily married.
I know some teachers make that mistake... but they lose 4 years of college, teaching studies, a solid career... for what? It would be the height of stupidity.

My husband teaches HS, so I was obviously concerned when he first started. I was really reassured when he came home and said, "You've got nothing to worry about- there's a difference between a woman and a girl." Even though they may LOOK like women, they certainly don't act it. They're self-centered and immature. If a male teacher DOES express interest in a student around his male co-workers, the other teachers quickly make sure he knows it's not okay to even talk about it.

As an elementary school teacher, sometimes I wonder if people think I'm pervy when I talk about how cute and adorable my students are. I have a tendency to talk about how handsome or beautiful they'll be when they grow up, but it's sheerly a maternal admiration thing for me.

I've never been attracted to a student. I'd seriously consider leaving the field of teaching if I had, though.

No, there are some very attractive students, but that is it. Most people I know are attracted to more then just looks.

Im not yet teacher but i will never & never think about that .
Our job is to learn them & help them in study NOT to feel in love.

What they will say about us THAT " Our teacher learn us how to love?" OH MY GOD.

There will be no trust, no sincerity.

" I wish that there no teachers from this kind " for students future and our future too.

Never. They are just kids and we are there to help them learn new things not to fall in love with them. Think of it and you will never ask such a question.

Nope. never. They're kids--40 years younger than me. They're cute--but they're kids. Yuck.
