Edit update: All your hard drives must be the same size for raid or the biggest hard drive (in this case your new 320) will become a 80 gig hard drive. This is your first problem. My guess is you did not buy this 320 so it can be an 80 gig hard drive. Also most all raid instructions recommend you to use hard drives from the same company. One 80 gig hard drive from one company may not measure drive size the same as another. To be frank, I am not familiar with Intel matrix raid but if it is like any other raid I have worked with it is a good idea to do your homework and be prepared to do some experimenting till you get it right. Its not impossible to do but it requires more attention from you to insure a smooth working computer. Also raid requires drivers to work and that maybe the reason you are not getting it to work.
