Law school takes three years to complete (four years, if you attend at night.) Then, you need to pass the bar exam in the state where you want to practice.
"How much money a year do you get?" It all depends on what you do with your license to practice law. Some lawyers help the poor, and some work in large corporate law firms. The annual salaries cover a very wide range, from $0 to $500,000 per year for first year lawyers.

I'm not certain, 2 years of college, 2 of prelaw and 2 of law school or is it four.
Lawyers you need to answer the education portion. I'm not sure.
As with any job. The better lawyer you are the more money you make. Many earn a lot of money. But you have to be very driven.
Much of their income is based on percentages of the law suits they win.
I hope this general information helps a little.

law school is three years, in some states you can do state-approved internships for three years instead of law school. the starting salary really depends on the school you went to, the type of law, how good your grades were, and where you start. top starting lawyers in nyc and la make a lot more than most places, but expenses are also a lot higher, and they only take the best in the big firms there

Bachelor's Degree = 4 years during which you take LSAT and apply to law school
Law School = 3 years full time, 4 years part time.
So a total of 7 years.
