add to that the fact that every body ate lots of beans approx. 4 hours before the big fart.

You seem to have a fascination with gastric function...if every one farted at the same time I think we would achieve that elusive human goal of shared enlightenment on a global scale, and end to war famine and the beginning of the age of a aquariarse, but it would be a bit smelly, and dangerous if there were any naked lights. Imagine a butterfly is knocking at your door....
