Sorry, but for all the cool animals on the Philippines there are no native tortoises. In fact. there is only one freshwater turtle there as far as I can tell.

The Turtle Islands - which comprise three Malaysian islands and six islands of the Philippines - are major rookeries for green and hawksbill turtles in Southeast Asia. Studies have shown that this group of islands is a single, well-defined marine turtle rookery with one population of green turtles.

In the Philippines, olive ridleys have been found to occur nationwide with nestings recorded in the western coast of Luzon (Bataan and Zambales). The species is not known in the Turtle Islands.

There does not seem to be any information on tortoises in the Philippines.
