I get 7-8 hours of sleep each day,haven't changed my diet or exercise recently.

how old are you? Puberty age you might require 10-12 hours of sleep. As for adults. It could be stress. Not getting enough REM sleep. Try going to bed early and relaxing reading a book and freeing your mind of all things. Drink some warm milk before bed and drift off to sleep. You can also try like aeromatherapy Lavendar tohelp you sleep too. But regardless the person needs more REM sleep.
